Alexandra Jaspar is a Director and Board Member of the Belgian Data Protection Authority, with over 25 years of expertise in global privacy, compliance, and digital law. Her career is distinguished by high-level leadership across the regulatory and private sectors, including roles as Head of Legal & Compliance at Utiq and Privacy Practice Leader at Deloitte.

Previously, she spent 14 years at bpost Group, where she served as Head of Compliance and led the group’s GDPR transformation. A graduate of ULB (Brussels) and Northwestern University (Chicago), Alexandra began her career at Linklaters and has served as a lecturer at Solvay Business School. She is a recognized authority on bridging the gap between complex EU data regulations and strategic business execution.
