Margo Cornette advises national and international clients on the full spectrum of European data protection, information technology, cybersecurity, and digital regulatory matters. She works closely with multinational organizations across sectors including technology, cloud computing, life sciences and health care, financial services, automotive, and critical infrastructure. Her practice covers AI governance, complex data‑sharing arrangements, cross‑border data transfers, and global compliance programs relating to the GDPR and the ePrivacy Directive. She regularly supports advanced technology companies on data subject access requests, cookie compliance, data protection impact assessments, and whistleblower procedures.
Margo also counsels clients on the rapidly evolving EU digital and cybersecurity framework, including the Data Governance Act (DGA), the Data Act (DA), the Artificial Intelligence Act (AI Act), the Digital Services Act (DSA), the Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA), the Cyber Resilience Act (CRA), and the NIS 2 Directive. Her work includes advising on cybersecurity strategies, as well as guiding organizations through data‑breach preparedness, incident response, and regulatory investigations.
