An in-house counsel at GSK since 2010, she has provided strategic legal oversight for a diverse portfolio of high-impact projects, including vaccine immunotherapeutics, global health initiatives such as the Malaria Vaccine, and Precision Medicine activities.

Over the past five years, Noëmie has pivoted her focus toward the digital frontier. In her current role, she advises cross-functional teams on the integration of AI and digital technologies within Research and Development. Furthermore, she supports the enterprise-wide deployment of Generative AI tools, ensuring all initiatives align with the company’s Responsible AI framework and evolving global regulatory requirements.
